  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the almuzamil.com website or availing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site or services. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

Your use of the Site and repair services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary details (such as name, phone number, email, device information) to process orders and repairs. Data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties except as required by law.

  1. Warranty Policy (Products)

  • Coverage: Warranty applies only to products specifically sold with a warranty at the time of purchase.
  • Physical Damage: Any physical damage, drops, cracks, or liquid damage voids all warranty claims.
  • Water Damage: Devices damaged by water are not covered under any warranty.
  • Warranty Seal: Devices are sold with a warranty seal; removing or tampering with it voids warranty eligibility.
  • Warranty Duration: The duration of the warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned on the invoice or product receipt.

  1. Repair Service Terms

  • Inspection & Diagnosis: Devices handed in for repair will be inspected and diagnosed. Repair timelines depend on availability of parts and service complexity.
  • Repair Warranty: Repairs may include a limited warranty of 7–30 days (only for the specific part replaced or work done).
  • No Guarantee of Data: Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before repair. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or software issues.
  • Unclaimed Devices: Devices not collected within 60 days after notification of completion may be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of or resell them to recover costs.
  • Third-Party Parts: Replacement parts may be original or compatible aftermarket parts, based on customer approval and part availability.

  1. Product Usage Guidelines

  • Warranty Seal: Do not remove or tamper with warranty seals; doing so will void warranty or service eligibility.
  • UV Glass on LCD: Customers are advised not to apply UV glass on LCD screens, as it may affect screen performance and void claims.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy (Products)

  • Return Period: Products may be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected before approval. If the item has been used, altered, or damaged, the return will be rejected.
  • Refund/Exchange: Approved returns may be exchanged or refunded (as store credit or replacement), depending on stock availability.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance, used, or special-order products are non-returnable.

  1. VAT Policy

  • Tax Inclusion: All products and services are subject to 5% VAT under the Profit Margin Scheme.
  • Displayed Prices: Website prices include VAT.

  1. Customer Responsibilities for Repairs

  • Provide accurate information about the device issue.
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and accessories before repair.
  • Collect the device promptly once repairs are completed.
  • Accept that repairs may not always restore a device to its original factory condition.

  1. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal purposes. Unauthorized resale, scraping, framing, or misuse of our content is strictly prohibited.

  1. Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Liability Limitation

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
